Candy Cane Hot Cocoa
12 oz steamed milk
4 tsp quality cocoa or dark chocolate fudge
1 shot glass of peppermint/mint syrup
Whipped heavy cream
Candy canes (crushed)
(1 shot espresso, optional)
Steam milk. Stir in cocoa/fudge and mint flavoring and top w/mountain of whipped cream. Sprinkle w/crushed candy canes. If you like your cocoa with a caffeine kick, add a shot of espresso.
